Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners, Printful and Roastify.
Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
International orders (if offered): 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Because we use multiple fulfillment partners, items may ship separately at no additional cost to you.
Multiple Shipments
Since we work with both Printful (merchandise) and Roastify (coffee products), your order may arrive in separate packages. Each item will have its own tracking information.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we are always happy to help if your order is significantly delayed.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly, and we will assist where possible.
