Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party production partners (Printful and Roastify), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only replace or refund items if they arrive:

Damaged in transit

Defective or misprinted

Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with Printful or Roastify to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Cancellations & Changes

Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you need help, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for eligible damaged/incorrect items only) will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
